Who else touches your data, and what for.
This page describes our policy in plain English so you can read it before you sign up. The executable agreement is being finalised with counsel and is not published yet \u2014 if you need the signed document before committing, email support@letssignal.com and we will send the current draft.
Why this list exists
A BAA obliges us to be accountable for the vendors we hand your data to. You cannot assess that without knowing who they are, so the list is published rather than available on request.
What each category covers
Carriage — a tier-1 telephony provider transmits faxes to and from the PSTN and provisions numbers.
Storage — received and sent documents are stored encrypted at rest in object storage.
Email delivery — notifications and received-fax attachments are delivered by a transactional email provider.
Payments — card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
Hosting and database — the application and its metadata run on managed infrastructure.
Changes
This list is versioned. Material additions are published here before they start processing customer data, and BAA customers are notified.
